"This evening we experienced a back-up in our sewer line and wastewater would not drain from the house. We called AP Plumbing and had a technician at our home within 30 minutes. The service technician was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem, discussed service option and cost. When bringing his equipment into the house he exercised care and cleanliness. While snaking the sewer line, he explained the process as he did the work. Soon the line was cleared and the immediate problem was resolved. The service technician spoke well of his employer and demonstrated his own genuine interest in costomer satisfaction. Having just found them in the phone book and having no prior knowledge of the business, I was very impressed with the quality service we received, particularly since it was during non-regular business hours and the service tech responded in the evening from his home. We found the service rate to be very reasonable and will look to call upon them again."
