My appreciation is expressed for your fine Service Consultant, Jim Reardon. Moving to Boca Raton in November 2000 with my 1997 Cadillac Deville still in warranty, I attempted to locate a Cadillac Dealer by first calling and leaving a request message for a return call to the Service Manager at the Cadillac dealer in Delray was not honored. No call. My yellow pages put me in touch with Jim, making an appointment to meet and transfer my warranty needs to Coral. Ten years this month has that good man reliably and courteously served my needs. I am now driving a 2005 SRS. I purchased the two year extended warranty in December 2004, which is soon to expire. He is an asset to your dealership and I am so very fortunate to have "lucked" into him. He has just this month supervised a warranty covered checkup to repair and replace what would soon have become for me expensive repairs after December. your dealership and I are way, way ahead to have Jim Reardon.

In late 2007 I bought a Hummer at your store. Service had been good during the sale and afterward when I brought the car in for regular service (your service department is great too). But then I had a flat tire recently and brought my Hummer in for repair and noticed a 1999 Mercedes on your lot for sale. A young salesman originally helped me with the price but brought Mark into the deal once I started asking questions. I am used to dealing with senior management so I felt quite comfortable in his word and the sale itself, so yes I bought the car that day. I have had to call Mark on a couple of different occasions for help and suggestions and he has quickly and professional handled any and all of my concerns. It was if I knew him before but of course i had never met him. I never felt I was bothering him when I called, and he made me feel like a lifelong customer. I just wanted to let you know that you have a good business man in Mark. I feel so comfortable that it is possible my husband and I may buy again from your store. Thank you again for hiring the right people and placing them in the right positions where a customer does not feel taken advantage of. When there is a family business-service and trust mean everything and your store offers both!

When my wiper fluid was not working and I brought it in for servicing, they found that I needed a new wiper and fluid motor. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired six months earlier. The service director, Bob Petrocelli, interceded and replaced the motor for free even with the expired warranty. Thank you. As you know, we are retailers also, but quite frankly, Coral and Cadillac could give lessons in customer relations. Our best to the team!

Early in 2008, we had some concerns with our Escalade which we expressed to the service team. Almost immediately, we were in touch with the management team at Coral Cadillac, the owner and Detroit. They gave both guidance and options. After several conversations with the team, we were making plans to have a new car delivered to us in Missouri. The dealership stood the test and managed the entire transaction. We have purchased somewhere between 8 and 10 vehicles from Coral for us, our kids and even gave our CSR reservation to our friend in NJ. Because of this and the latest transaction, we will continue to be Coral customers. By the way, as I have mentioned before, eventually our new company in Palm Beach County will need 4 -6 cars for our Mid/Sr. Management people, where do you think we will shop first.

When I had problems with several blowouts from my tires (after riding on them for nearly 12,000miles), service manager Joe Bardill went out of his way to intervene with the tire company involved. As a result, I received four new tires at cost.
