I was really dreading going to Bygones because of all the negative reviews online. I've since visited twice and bought a wingback chair. The selection is great and the prices are fair, and furthermore, the staff did not seem as condescending and horrible as the other customers have experienced. I'm not sure why I've had such a different experience than everyone else; maybe the store has taken an initiative to provide better service. While the customer service wasn't excellent, the man was cordial, asked how I was, and was not condescending when we asked him to deliver to an area that wasn't Alamo Heights or a gated community. Again, not entirely sure why my experience was so positive next to everyone else's, but I felt that considering all the negative reviews, my positive experience should be shared.
