It seems that the price for gasoline is not the only thing has all of a sudden soared to an extremely high price. Now we have been informed that that the production for Biodiesel is slowly coming to a standstill as manufacturers are do not have the power to to sustain the financial problems that are absorbing the country.
Many of the manufacturers for Biodiesel are either trimming back at how much they spend or are terminating production entirely. What was formerly a very profitable fuel for people to use is suffering because of the cost of the soybeans that makes up 80% of the fuel in the nation. The cost for this element has doubled within the last year to a record price of $11.50 per bushel.
Analysts believe that the market will level before the year is out and the production is able to get back to where it was. For now though they have to pay $3 per gallon in order to pay for the refining operation and shipping of the fuel. One thing customers may look forward to is the $1 gallon tax credit that they are able to get from the government. Unfortunately they are still turning a loss even with this rebate.
Not many people understand why the monetary value of the soybeans was raised. Some believe that there is less supply in South America where they are found. Others think that people are preparing for the future and raising the costs early.
The easiest way to fight against this is to produce Biodiesel fuel utilising no foods. They know that to utilise food to develop the fuel would cause the price for that fuel to increase because more would need to be produced for consumption for the people. However, no one is prepared to try it differently.
Biodiesel is a great type of fuel that is cheaper and easier to make. Learn what Biodiesel Equipment you will need to make it.
